Job summary

Sage-Haus Family in Whitby, Ontario is seeking a House Manager & Family Assistant for 15–20 hours weekly. The role covers home organization, meal prep support, errands, laundry, and pet care for a busy family. You’ll work flexible daytime hours with some evenings, in a smoke-free home.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in Canada.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle; mileage or gas reimbursement provided for work-related errands.
• Comfortable with dogs.

Responsibilities

• Household organization and maintenance: daily resets, organize systems, prep before weekly cleaner, seasonal swaps.
• Inventory and errands: restock pantry, manage subscriptions and deliveries.
• Meal support: prep dinner components 2–3 times per week and healthy snacks.
• Laundry and linens: full laundry management and weekly linen rotation.
• Pet care: occasional backup care for the dog and vet/grooming drop-offs.
