Job summary

Martell Ventures in Kelowna, BC is seeking a full-time House Manager to run the day-to-day of a busy, high-net-worth family home while the current manager is on maternity leave. You’ll build order out of chaos, anticipate needs, and keep a calendar of school, activities, travel, and hosting running smoothly behind the scenes.

This role requires a calm, discreet, and tech-savvy partner who can manage vendors, supervise staff, coordinate vehicles and pets, and communicate clearly with the family.

Qualifications

• Experience in household management or similar fast-paced service role.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and vendors without dropping the ball.
• Strong judgment and unwavering discretion with confidential family information.
• Comfort around teenagers and pets.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for school runs and errands.
• Valid passport and legal eligibility to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations—laundry, tidying, mail and package processing, guest readiness.
• Prepare light meals on a rotating basis.
• Manage maintenance routines (deep cleans, seasonal changes, hot tub/sauna upkeep).
• Coordinate and oversee cleaners and service providers.
• Keep the home stocked with pantry, household, and personal-care items.
