Job summary

Caressant Care is seeking an Environmental Services Manager to join our team in Ontario. This full-time role focuses on leading a team responsible for maintaining environmental services across our facilities, with emphasis on safety and quality.

The salary range is $53,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year, commensurate with experience. We offer competitive wages and benefits, and a supportive culture focused on resident well-being and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 education is required.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, plumbing and carpentry.
• Ability to read, write and understand oral and written instructions in English.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals related to equipment and safety.
• Must be able to stop, lift and carry items of various weights.
• Must be able to lead a team.
• Punctual and reliable.
