West Coast LEAF (WCL) seeks an Executive Director to guide its gender justice work, set strategic direction with the Board, and steward relationships with partners and funders. The role emphasizes financial stewardship, operations, and a values-driven, inclusive workplace.

Ideal candidates bring at least five years of senior leadership in the non-profit sector, a strong fundraising record, and commitment to intersectional feminist advocacy.

Qualifications

  • At least five years of progressive senior leadership experience in the non-profit sector.
  • Strong track record in fund development and donor stewardship.
  • Experience with non-profit governance, policy, and compliance.
  • Demonstrated community engagement and intersectional feminist advocacy.
  • Commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion and collaborative leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Lead West Coast LEAF in fulfilling its mission and strategic direction with the Board.
  • Champion the organization's legal and public education work and public presence.
  • steward relationships with community partners, funders and government bodies.
  • Oversee finances, operations and organizational people matters to ensure healthy workplace.
