RhynoCare is seeking an experienced Executive Director to oversee day-to-day operations of a Long-Term Care residence in Kitchener, ON. This is an Independent Contractor position.

You will lead resident services, staff and program coordination while ensuring regulatory standards and financial performance. The role emphasizes collaboration with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and community partners to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leadership/management experience in healthcare or social services.
• Diploma in Health or Social Services (2+ years) required.
• LTC Residence Administration or Management program with 100 instructional hours preferred.

Position Overview

The Executive Director provides leadership and oversight for the day-to-day operations of a Long-Term Care residence, with responsibility for resident services, staff and program coordination, regulatory standards, and financial performance.

Requirements

• Post-secondary diploma in Health or Social Services from a program of at least two years.
• Completed or currently enrolled in a Long-Term Care Residence Administration or Management program with a minimum of 100 instructional hours.
• At least 3 years of leadership, management, or supervisory experience within the healthcare or social services sector.
• Previous experience working in Long-Term Care operations or administration is preferred.

Compensation

• Pay: $105,000 - $125,000 a year (Depending on experience and assignment)
