Winnipeg Regional Health Authority (WRHA) invites a seasoned executive to lead the provincially integrated diagnostic operations team in Winnipeg. You will inspire and manage laboratory and imaging staff, drive patient-centered care pathways, and partner with senior leaders to support high-quality, efficient services across Manitoba.
The role requires a post-secondary health degree, active regulatory involvement, and a proven track record in large public health systems.

Shared Health leads the planning and coordinates the integration of patient- centered clinical and preventive health services across Manitoba. The organization also delivers some province-wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations.
Lead a team of technical and clinical support staff in the provincially integrated delivery of diagnostic operations. Inspire and lead laboratory staff across the organization to embrace and adopt integrated, patient- centred care pathways and service delivery models. Provide service-delivery focused operational leadership to laboratory and imaging operational services, partnering closely with the senior leadership of the diagnostic operations (Discipline team) and executive (Provincial Medical Specialty Lead of Laboratory Medicine & Provincial Medical Specialty Lead for Radiology, Executive Director - Provincial Lab Operations as well as the Executive Director for Diagnostic Imaging Operations) to support the operation of a leading edge, efficient, and high-quality service in line with the values of the organization.
This position requires a current satisfactory Criminal Records Check (including Vulnerable Sector Search), Child Abuse Registry Check and Adult Abuse Registry Check as conditions of employment. The successful candidate will be responsible for any service charges incurred. A security check is considered current if it was obtained no more than six (6) months prior to the start of employment.
