US Tech Solutions is seeking a senior Communications Leader to support Global Security and Defense functions. You will translate complex cybersecurity and technology information into business-focused content and develop executive-ready reporting for leadership.

The role emphasizes governance, stakeholder engagement, governance documentation, and cross-functional collaboration with Business, Technology, Risk, and Security teams.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of corporate experience including 8+ years in Communications.
• 5+ years creating executive presentations and leadership reporting.
• Experience with MS Office, SharePoint, and Copilot.
• Experience supporting executive audiences and leadership reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management across Business, Technology, Risk, and Security.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, detail-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Develop executive presentations, board packs, and briefing notes.
• Create scorecards, dashboards, and governance reports.
• Collaborate with Business, Technology, Risk, and Security teams for updates.
• Analyze information, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements.
• Track actions, risks, issues, and governance follow-ups.
• Manage governance docs, content repositories, and versioning.
• Build cross-functional relationships to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
