US Tech Solutions is seeking a senior Communications Leader to support Global Security and Defense functions. You will translate complex cybersecurity and technology information into business-focused content and develop executive-ready reporting for leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of corporate experience including 8+ years in Communications.
• 5+ years creating executive presentations and leadership reporting.
• Experience with MS Office, SharePoint, and Copilot.
• Experience supporting executive audiences and leadership reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management across Business, Technology, Risk, and Security.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, detail-oriented.

Responsabilités

Job Description:

Support communications, stakeholder engagement, and content management activities across Global Security and Defense functions

Develop executive-ready reporting and leadership communications

Translate complex cybersecurity and technology information into business-focused content

Support governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement initiatives

Responsibilities:

• Develop executive presentations, leadership materials, board reporting inputs, steering committee packs, briefing notes, executive communications, and decision-support content.
• Create and maintain scorecards, dashboards, governance reports, and leadership reporting deliverables.
• Partner with Business, Technology, Risk, and Security teams to gather updates, validate reporting, and drive stakeholder engagement.
• Conduct analysis, synthesize information from multiple sources, identify reporting gaps, and provide strategic recommendations for process improvement.
• Track action items, risks, issues, and follow-up activities to support governance and decision-making processes.
• Manage governance documentation, communications records, centralized content repositories, and version-controlled documentation.
• Build and maintain strong cross functional relationship while ensuring accurate, timely, and high-quality deliverables.

Experience:

• 10+ years of corporate experience with 8+ years in Communications.
• 5+ years creating executive presentations, reporting frameworks, communication plans, and strategic recommendations.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Microsoft Copilot.
• Proven expertise in executive-level reporting, leadership communications, and business-focused content development.
• Experience supporting executive audiences and preparing leadership reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional partners across Business, Technology, Risk, and Security teams.
• Technical writing experience with domain expertise in Security and Risk.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, documentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information, manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Experience handling confidential information, sensitive deliverables, governance activities, content repositories, and content management processes.
• Adaptable, proactive, and effective in responding to changing priorities and compressed timelines.
• Prior experience in highly regulated environments; banking/financial services experience preferred.

Education:

Post-secondary education preferred

Degree in Communications preferred
