Job summary

Intact is seeking a Communications Specialist to lead executive communications for our CEOs and senior leaders. You will craft speeches, messages, and briefing notes for internal and external audiences, collaborating with SMEs to reflect our strategy and values.

The role requires exceptional writing, executive presence, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. You will report to the Director of Executive Communications and can be based in Toronto or Montreal,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in journalism, writing, communications or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style based on the audience.
• Executive presence when working with CEOs and senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of high-impact written communications for the C-suite, including speeches and messages for internal and external audiences.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the business to ensure content is current, relevant, and aligned with objectives.
• Support creation of internal/external videos and measure success with KPIs and metrics.
