The Executive, Client Solutions at On Side is a dynamic self-starter with professional poise and a track record of delivering results. This role involves actively identifying and pursuing opportunities to expand our client base by being responsive, building strong relationships, and providing critical support during disasters such as fire, floods, or biohazards.

The Executive is responsible for achieving sales targets within the Commercial, Multi-Residential, Institutional (ICI), and Healthcare segments. This role is crucial in ensuring exceptional client experiences, making On Side a trusted partner for years to come. The ideal candidate will demonstrate influence, leadership, mentorship, and outstanding interpersonal skills.

What you bring to the team

  • A strategic mindset with a history of developing and fostering professional relationships from start to finish
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant field or a combination of relevant experience
  • Understanding of the complexities and key stakeholders within Condos and Commercial properties segments
  • Chartered Insurance Professional (FCIP / CIP) or Canadian Risk Management (CRM) designation
  • Proven experience in a mentorship role
  • An excellent professional network

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years in a consultative sales environment, preferably in restoration or construction
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Management, Engineering, or relevant experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Solid understanding of customer decision-making processes and influencing them
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and self-driven with a strong desire to succeed
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong ethical standards and professionalism
  • Responsive, resourceful, and solution-oriented
  • Adaptable and flexible to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Flexible scheduling and availability for local and out-of-town travel
  • Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driver’s abstract record
