Do you have a proven track record of working with prospects and guiding them through the sales process? Are you known as a client’s “go-to person”? You are an experienced SaaS sales professional who genuinely cares about your colleagues’ needs and their success, motivated to help them reach their goals. Essentially, you are the person who gets clients across the finish line!

If this describes you, our Account Executive role could be your next big career move. You will focus on inbound opportunities in the small to medium business space for Absorb, guiding prospects through the sales funnel. Your excellent relationship-building skills, attention to detail, and communication prowess will represent Absorb during negotiations and contract closures.

Additionally, you thrive in challenges! In this fast-paced, team-oriented role, you will work with the sales operations team to ensure success and drive growth for Absorb and its partnerships.

  1. Contact prospects via phone, email, or face-to-face to complete sales.
  2. Collaborate with support and technology teams to become an expert in Absorb LMS and the learning management landscape.
  3. Demonstrate Absorb LMS features and provide pricing options to prospects.
  4. Present Absorb LMS quotes, obtain approval, and forward order forms internally.
  5. Assist with Accounts Receivable collections if needed.
  6. Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned support and internal liaison.
  7. Utilize contact activities tools and update relevant information in systems.
  8. Monitor market and competitor activities, providing relevant reports and insights.

What you’ll bring:

  • 2-3 years of experience in B2B SaaS/software sales.
  • A history of exceeding quotas.
  • Strong phone presence with multiple calls and meetings daily.
  • Proficiency with productivity and web presentation tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Additional preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or Psychology (preferred but not required).
  • Experience with Salesforce.
