Job summary

Snaplii is seeking an Executive Business Partner to the CEO in Toronto, on-site. You will sit in investor and founder meetings, prepare materials, and drive follow-through on decisions. Based in Etobicoke, you'll travel to Silicon Valley as needed and help shape strategic priorities.

You will analyze market and financial data, coordinate calendars and travel, and manage projects with rapid promotion potential. The role blends strategic insight with hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• Near-native fluency in English and Mandarin.
• 0–2 years of professional experience.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Interest in fintech, payments, and AI.
• Able to work on-site in Etobicoke.

Responsibilities

• Shadow the CEO in strategy sessions and executive decision-making.
• Prepare and follow up on meetings with founders, investors and partners: agendas, briefing notes, numbers, next steps.
• Own the scheduling and logistics around the CEO's calendar and travel, including Silicon Valley trips.
• Run the analysis behind decisions: market and competitor reads, financial models, investor materials.
• Take ownership of the projects the CEO hands you and grow into running them yourself.
