The opportunity

We are looking for a dynamic person to join our Executive Assistant Group (EAG). EAG is our team of self-motivated EAs supporting our Partners and is a key part of our Core Business Services team. We support our organization by delivering exceptional service, supporting EY’s growth and profitability, aligned with our vision of building a better working world.

Our EAs are driven administrative professionals who enjoy teaming with colleagues and understanding and anticipating needs to exceed expectations. On any given day, your key responsibilities may include:

Business support
  1. Engagement maintenance: Support client engagement management, including tracking and reporting time & expenses, running reports, maintaining accurate client data, and playing a key role in billing.
  2. Document management: Use firm brand standards to create and format letters, proposals, presentations, and reports using Microsoft tools.
  3. Meetings & events: Coordinate virtual and in-person meetings and small events; liaise with teams for larger events; manage travel using our firm’s travel tools; independently manage multiple calendars.
Teaming
  • Participate in meetings and learning events; engage in team initiatives and projects; provide backup support for colleagues and cover reception duties as required.

Minimum qualifications:
  • Post-secondary education and/or relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with ability to learn customized software/tools.
  • Excellent customer service, team spirit, and strong communication skills.
