Hourly rate: $33.7894 plus 11.5% Superannuation
Permanent Part Time: 64 hours per fortnight

The Primary and Preventative Health (PPH) division is seeking an experienced individual for the role of Executive Assistant to the Director of Primary Preventative Health.
This is an exciting and rare opportunity for a professional Executive Assistant to join our organization. Reporting directly to the Director, you will provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support.
Your responsibilities will include providing executive support through tasks related to governance, risk management, policy development and review, business plans, submissions, and special projects. Additional duties involve managing the Director’s calendar, preparing agendas, minutes, meeting papers, and correspondence.
Formal qualifications in business administration and/or extensive experience supporting senior administrative roles, along with advanced computer skills, are required.

The successful applicant will hold, or be able to obtain, a current National Criminal Police Check.
