Our EAs are driven administrative professionals who enjoy teaming with colleagues and understanding needs to exceed expectations. Your key responsibilities may include:

  1. Business support: Supporting client engagement processes, tracking and reporting time & expenses, maintaining client data, and assisting in billing.
  2. Document management: Creating and formatting letters, proposals, presentations, and reports using Microsoft tools following firm standards.
  3. Meetings & events: Coordinating virtual and in-person meetings and events, managing travel, and handling multiple calendars.
  4. Teamwork: Participating in meetings, initiatives, and providing backup support for colleagues.

Skills and attributes for success include outstanding time management, ability to prioritize, strategic thinking, flexibility, team contribution, relationship development, sound judgment, adaptability, and eagerness for continuous learning.

To qualify, you should have:

  1. Post-secondary education or relevant experience.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software.
  3. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
