Michael Green Architecture (MGA) in Vancouver, BC, seeks an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Founding Principal. You’ll manage calendars, travel, briefs, and governance records, coordinating with senior leadership to keep priorities moving forward.
This role partners with finance, business development, and the Studio Coordinator, handling proposals, contracts, and confidential materials with discretion in a fast-paced, global design practice.
Do you have a talent for anticipating what comes next, bringing order to complexity, and helping a busy leader stay focused on what matters most?
On behalf of our client, Michael Green Architecture (MGA), we are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide senior-level support to the Founding Principal of one of the world’s leading sustainable design firms in Vancouver, BC.
At MGA, architects, designers, and changemakers are tackling some of the most complex challenges facing our built environment. From mass timber innovation and cultural landmarks to Indigenous community projects, hospitality spaces, educational campuses, and civic buildings, their work is grounded in a simple belief: design can create a better future for people and the planet.
Behind every visionary leader is someone who brings focus, structure, and momentum to the work around them.
As Executive Assistant, you’ll become a trusted partner to MGA’s Founding Principal, helping manage a complex calendar and inbox, coordinate frequent business travel and speaking engagements, prepare briefings, track commitments, and keep leadership priorities moving forward.
You’ll work closely with senior leadership, finance, business development, and the Studio Coordinator, ensuring the Founding Principal is prepared, important relationships are thoughtfully supported, and decisions do not get lost in the pace of a busy international design practice.
MGA is a practice built on curiosity, innovation, and the belief that design can create a better future. As Executive Assistant, you’ll help create the focus and coordination that allow the Founding Principal and senior leadership team to move ambitious ideas forward.
You’ll join a globally recognized studio where sustainability, innovation, and curiosity shape everything they do. Recent work includes a surf pool clubhouse, a Gulf Island hotel, an airport terminal and restaurant, a children’s library, headquarters for an electric boat company, a new Ronald McDonald House, and community projects developed alongside First Nations partners.
You’ll have meaningful visibility into the leadership and direction of the practice, build relationships across the business, and play an important role in helping one of the world’s leading sustainable design firms operate at its best.
If you’re looking for a role where your judgment will be trusted, your contribution will be visible, and your work will help a visionary leader and creative practice thrive, we’d love to hear from you.
