Can you turn complex design ideas into visual stories people immediately understand and remember? MGA is looking for a Graphic Designer to help give our projects, ideas, and point of view a clear and compelling visual life.
This is an early-career, hands-on role for someone who enjoys moving between creative thinking and detailed production. You'll work closely with our Communications Director and collaborate with Business Development, project teams, and studio leaders to create proposals, presentations, publications, campaigns, digital content, and project stories that feel unmistakably MGA.
One day you may be supporting the visual narrative for a major pursuit. You'll contribute to concepts, apply our brand thoughtfully, and help turn complex architectural information into visual communications that people can understand and remember.

Along the way, we've collected awards including four Governor General medals, and Architizer recently named us the 2025 Best Global Sustainable Firm. But beyond the recognition, what drives us is simple: design has the power to shape how we live and the future we leave behind.
