A leading company seeks an Executive Assistant to support senior leaders in Vancouver. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring efficient operations within a dynamic corporate environment. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
Have you supported executive-level leaders through leading a large, complex consulting business? If you enjoy supporting large, complex teams, helping them grow, delivering service excellence for clients, and interacting with internal and external executive leaders daily, this role may be a fit for you.
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada. This role is not eligible for sponsorship, and we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa or work permit.
The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000. The actual salary will vary based on the applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity.

What the day will look like
This role involves several responsibilities, including preparing and producing presentations, correspondence, and related materials, with editing for grammar, punctuation, and phrasing.
