Job description

Have you supported executive-level leaders through leading a large, complex consulting business? If you enjoy supporting large, complex teams, helping them grow, delivering service excellence for clients, and interacting with internal and external executive leaders daily, this role may be a fit for you.

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada. This role is not eligible for sponsorship, and we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa or work permit.

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000. The actual salary will vary based on the applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity.

What the day will look like

This role involves several responsibilities, including preparing and producing presentations, correspondence, and related materials, with editing for grammar, punctuation, and phrasing. We will guide you on coordinating complex meeting logistics, which may include budgeting, travel, room reservations, meeting materials, and catering. Examples of duties include:

  • Completing a broad range of administrative tasks for leaders, including managing active calendars, arranging travel, and handling expenses.
  • Researching, prioritizing, and following up on requests, issues, and concerns for the leaders, ensuring prompt responses for time-sensitive deliverables.
  • Completing critical deliverables with a hands-on approach, including high-level projects requiring attention to detail and quality.
  • Prioritizing conflicting needs, handling matters proactively, and following through on projects often under deadline pressure.
  • Maintaining, updating, and organizing data within databases, OneNote, or SharePoint.
  • Participating in leadership activities such as town halls and client events.
  • Providing backup assistance to fellow administrative assistants when needed.
  • Maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
