They are also strong relationship-builders; working with various other members of the Northbridge leadership team to ensure that all correspondence and information is up-to‑date and accurate. Our EAs also manage and coordinate special projects, including research and reporting, while also managing the administration and communication of these projects.

  • Proven experience managing executive calendars, travel, expenses, and reimbursements
  • Experience organizing meetings, training sessions, and special events (on‑site and off‑site), including logistics, materials, catering, and coordination across time zones
  • The ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information and maintain secure document retention systems
  • Experience supporting special projects, including research, reporting, and communications
