Job summary

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our Administrative team. Reporting to the EA Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting members of our senior team and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. This position involves supporting calendar management and coordination, email management and communication, liaising with partners and actively managing their ‘to-do’ list, executive project/initiative support, and general administrative duties. What You’ll Do


  • Efficiently manage complex and ever-changing calendars for senior members, ensuring optimal scheduling and coordination of appointments, meetings, and events.

  • Travel coordination and logistics including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, transportation, and itinerary planning.

  • Act as a primary point of contact between senior members and internal/external stakeholders, handling communication with professionalism, discretion, and ensuring timely responses.

  • Help to prepare presentations, reports, and other documents, as well as attend meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items to ensure deadlines are met.

  • Monitor, track, and manage expenses.

What You Bring To The Role


  • Demonstrated proficiency as an Executive Assistant or similar role through 2-3 years of relevant experience.

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook.

  • Proven time management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Discretion and confidentiality.
