The Position
We’re seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our executive team, including calendar and travel management, meeting preparation, and follow-ups. You will support our CEO, COO, and CMO, with ad-hoc support for other executives as capacity allows. This is a high-impact role with visibility across the company, offering a chance to shape executive support as Maple scales.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Provide executive support to the CEO, COO, and CMO, including calendar management, travel planning, agenda preparation, and action item follow-up.
  2. Assist with ad-hoc calendar support for the CPO, CTO, and CFO, focusing on scheduling and coordination.
  3. Support expense reporting and reimbursements for all six executives.
  4. Act as a trusted partner to leadership, managing priorities and ensuring smooth operations.
  5. Create systems, templates, and processes to streamline executive workflows.
  6. Assist in planning leadership meetings, offsites, and board preparations.
  7. Help foster a connected culture through rituals and rhythms that promote clarity and alignment.

First 90 Days & 12-18 Months Goals

Establish trusted relationships, manage calendars, support high-touch executive needs, and improve workflows. Over time, lead planning for meetings and introduce new systems to enhance efficiency.
