Our client, a Private Equity firm in Downtown Toronto, is seeking a full-time permanent Executive Assistant to join their team. The role is on-site Monday to Thursday, with the ability to work remotely on Friday. The position offers a competitive salary, immediate benefits, and the chance to join a dynamic team!

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Provide administrative support to two executives
  2. Scheduling and calendar management
  3. Travel and meeting coordination
  4. Event coordination
  5. Expense management
  6. Prepare presentations, reports, and other documentation as needed
  7. Some personal assistant tasks as required
  8. Provide backup support for other EAs on the team
  9. Other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications and Skills

  • Must have completed a post-secondary degree or diploma
  • Minimum of 4 years of Executive Assistant experience
  • Experience in a corporate environment (financial services experience is an asset)
  • Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong client service skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
