Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support: Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and ensure all engagements are well-prepared and efficiently executed.
  • Email & Communication Management: Organize and respond to emails, act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, and ensure smooth information flow.
  • Phone Support: Handle incoming and outgoing calls, screen inquiries, and provide professional communication on behalf of executives.
  • Data Entry & Documentation: Accurately input and maintain records, databases, and reports while ensuring consistency and confidentiality.
  • Research & Analysis: Conduct research on various topics, compile reports, and provide executives with valuable insights to support decision-making.
    Meeting & Event Coordination: Plan and facilitate executive meetings, including agenda preparation, note-taking, and follow-ups on action items.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with all-around administrative tasks such as document preparation, file management, expense tracking, and process improvements.
  • Confidentiality & Compliance: Handle sensitive company information with the highest level of professionalism, ensuring security and compliance at all times.
