The Opportunity: The Executive Assistant supports the Executive Director of Human Resources, Organizational Development and Learning to carry out the objectives of the organization in a timely and professional manner. The main duties include supporting the ED through administrative processes including organizing calendars, scheduling meetings and making travel arrangements. Additional duties include assisting the ED in sharing and operationalizing culturally grounded values and practices within the department and beyond. The incumbent is proactive, solutions oriented, meets deadlines, and communicates effectively.

Wage Range: The target hiring range for this position is $29.66 to $39.74 per hour. Candidates will typically be hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the wage range. Placement within the wage range is dependent on the applicants’ role specific knowledge, skills, abilities, related experience and in consideration of factors such as market conditions and internal equity.
