About This Role
Are you a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced executive environment? Taggart Group of Companies is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual for a newly established Executive Assistant role supporting our CFO, Senior Finance Team, and Executive Leadership. This is a critical role, requiring a candidate who has the ability to anticipate needs, manage priorities, and provide connective administrative and operational support. Reporting to the CFO, you will serve as the liaison between the senior finance team, internal departments, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless daily operations.
You will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a diversity of situations, and possess communication, organization, and project management skills to support the improvement and development of departmental objectives.
You will have an inclination for structure and consistency in the day to day and be an agile decision-maker taking initiative to prioritize and respond to the needs of the business.
