Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for an Executive Assistant to support our Innovative Medicine Business Development Team. This position is located in New Brunswick, NJ.

Per our J&J flex policy, the expectation for this position is to work in the office 3-4 days per week and work from home 1-2 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide senior level executive administrative support to the assigned senior leaders within the Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Business Development Team.
  • Establish and maintain the support system for structuring priorities necessary to support the leader.
  • Manage all aspects associated with scheduling and planning meetings, including logistics, travel arrangements (domestic and international), presentations, agendas, and the setup of group meetings in the US and internationally.
  • Handle highly confidential matters with discretion and judgment, working independently.
  • Interface with key partners across R&D, Global Commercial Strategy, and other Johnson & Johnson locations.
  • Coordinate meetings with external companies, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Prepare expense reports, correspondence, memos, and maintain filing systems.
  • Maintain an efficient office environment and assist with documents and presentations.
  • Collaborate with Legal assistants to manage Confidential Agreement Disclosures (CDAs) in the legal system.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 8 years of administrative experience supporting senior leaders.
  • Experience with systems such as Ariba, eMarketplace, SharePoint, Workday, OurSource, and expense reporting processes.
  • Proficiency in making travel arrangements and coordinating meetings (including Teams & Zoom).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Discretion, professionalism, and ability to work independently.
  • Strong judgment, problem-solving skills, and confidentiality.

Salary Range:

$60,900 to $95,000
