Job Title: Executive Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our team in Montréal, QC. The ideal candidate will have experience in human resources management, project coordination, and administrative support.

  2. Prepare reports and documents for executive committees and boards of directors

  6. Prepare agendas and organize meetings
  7. Meet with stakeholders to discuss issues and recommend actions
  8. Liaise with departmental officials and external organizations
