The ideal candidate will manage complex schedules, coordinate travel, and prepare documents, demonstrating advanced organizational and communication skills. JOB SUMMARY
Under general supervision, the Executive Assistant provides advanced secretarial and administrative support for senior management using technical and business vocabulary and a detailed knowledge of organization operations, organizational procedures, and personnel. Within established guidelines, this role makes independent decisions regarding planning, organizing, and scheduling work. The role also collects, compiles and analyzes relatively complex data and information and composes straightforward written descriptions/summaries of results.
