Job summary

National Bank is seeking an Executive Assistant to partner with a Vice President and their team in the Commercial Banking & National Client Group, Atlantic. You will optimize complex calendars, prepare meetings, coordinate travel, manage expenses, and ensure confidential handling of information.

You’ll support leadership meetings, engage with internal and external partners, and help plan major events and strategic initiatives, contributing to a high-collaboration environment that values

Qualifications

  • Completed post-secondary education.
  • 3+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative role.
  • Ability to manage high-volume, high-complexity priorities with autonomy.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and prioritization skills.
  • Strong sense of discretion, judgment, and professionalism.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate onboarding, departures, and internal requests (IT access, tools, reporting), while handling confidential information with discretion.
  • Support the planning and execution of major events, client activities, and strategic initiatives.
