Job summary

RECRUITMENT PARTNERS INC. is looking for a Senior Personal and Executive Assistant in Edmonton to provide comprehensive administrative support to the President & CEO. This position requires at least 10 years of experience in a similar role, where a strong emphasis on organization and communication skills is essential for success. You will play a pivotal role in scheduling, planning events, and managing correspondence effectively.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive administrative experience.
  • Previous experience as a Personal and Executive Assistant.
  • Must maintain a reliable vehicle and driver’s license.

Our client is seeking a Senior Personal and Executive Assistant to join their team. This role is responsible for providing administrative support and executive assistance to President & CEO.

Our client is seeking a Senior Personal and Executive Assistant to join their team. This role is responsible for providing administrative support and executive assistance to President & CEO.

Your Success Will Be Defined By Your Ability To

  • Provide support with personal tasks, such as booking reservations and running errands as required
  • Book, schedule and maintain personal appointments
  • Plan and organize events, such as birthdays and holiday celebrations as required
  • Provide a monthly consolidation and balancing of the holding company’s financials
  • Complete a variety of administrative tasks; manage an active calendar, expense reports, compose and prepare correspondence; prepare itineraries, agendas etc.
  • Proactively manage or redirect the President & CEOs emails and determine when to independently respond on behalf of President & CEOs

Your strengths include:

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive administrative experience, with senior level experience required
  • Previous experience as a Personal and Executive Assistant, including booking/following-up on appointments, overseeing schedules, and maintain follow up items
  • Completion of post-secondary education in administration would be an asset
  • Ability to work well within a cross-functional team environment and diverse communities
  • Must maintain a reliable vehicle and driver’s license that meet’s Scandinavian’s requirements; must have a good driving record with no major offenses
