Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Toronto, ON. The Executive Administrative Assistant will support executive staff by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and performing clerical tasks. The role will also involve maintaining professional communication and excellent phone etiquette.

Qualifications

  • Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
  • Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite especially in multi scheduling of calendars
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience in a fast-paced office environment is a plus
  • Ability to travel internationally and booking travel
  • Experience in generating Meeting notes and summaries in professional manner
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or legal clerk or paralegal will be a plus

Compensation

During the probation and training period, $20+ per hour

After probation and training period up to $25 per hour
