SBM Management Services, LP seeks an Executive Vice President of Operations in Canada to oversee up to $20 million in revenue and lead the design, operation, and improvement of the company’s product and service delivery.

The EVP will plan and coordinate activities across divisions, guide leadership, and ensure alignment with corporate goals, policies, and growth objectives. Travel to client sites may be required.

Formación

• Master's degree in Business Management or related field
• Valid driver's license may be required

Responsabilidades

• Provide operational guidance in analyzing and appraising the effectiveness of organizational operation
• Direct growth through sales of new business and expansion of existing business
• Direct the preparation of short-term and long-range plans and budgets
• Serve as conduit between senior leadership directives and field management execution
• Create the structure and operations organization to manage the company’s business activities and its projected growth
• Develop and install procedures and controls to promote communication and adequate information flow within the organization
• The ability to drive to various work locations, customer sites, or company facilities may be necessary to perform the essential functions of this position
• Establish operating policies consistent with the Chief Executive Officer’s broad policies and objectives and ensure execution

Educación

Master's degree in Business Management or related field

Valid driver’s license
