Splitsville Entertainment is seeking an Events Sales Manager in Vaughan to drive sales of meeting spaces, packages and entertainment options. You will build relationships with new and existing guests while coordinating with the events team to ensure memorable experiences.

The role targets quarterly goals and uses our inhouse database for leads, with opportunities for bonuses, benefits, and career development within a fast-paced family-friendly setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to plan, coordinate and execute events.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable meeting targets and managing quotas.
• Proficient in social media for promotion and lead gen.

Responsibilities

• Sell meeting spaces and packages to new and existing guests.
• Meet quarterly and yearly sales goals.
• Prospect new events and follow up with past clients.
• Arrange event details and communicate with the team.
• Coordinate with event staff to ensure smooth execution.
• Update CRM with leads and follow ups; track marketing materials.
