Job summary

Splitsville Entertainment in Canada seeks an Event Sales Specialist to sell event spaces, food and beverage, bowling, arcade and amusement packages; create memorable experiences for guests.

The role focuses on establishing relationships, meeting sales goals, coordinating with the events team, and representing Splitsville at community events; evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service is an asset.
• Desire to create fun events and great guest experiences.
• Engaging and confident in interactions with guests.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organization and time management abilities.
• Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability.
• Social media skills to support promotions.
• Ability to meet booking quotas and exceed them.
• Must have a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holiday events.

Responsibilities

• Sell event spaces, food & beverage, bowling, arcade and amusement packages.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with guests and clients.
• Prospect new events and leads; reach out to past clients for future bookings.
• Coordinate event details with clients and internal teams.
• Ensure events run smoothly; assist guests during events.
• Follow up for feedback and future bookings.
• Meet with sales/management weekly to review plans and targets.
• Maintain leads and communications in the in-house database.
• Update content on social media in line with corporate guidelines.
• Attend offsite promotional events to raise brand awareness.
