The Glencoe Club in Calgary is seeking a dedicated full-time Events Coordinator to join our Events Team. You will plan, organize, and execute a wide range of events for members and staff at both The Glencoe Club and Glencoe Golf & Country Club.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented, full-time Events Coordinator to join our Events Team. Supporting the Event Services Supervisor, and working closely alongside our other Events Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in creating memorable experiences for our members and employees by planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of events at both The Glencoe Club and Glencoe Golf & Country Club. In this role, you’ll coordinate the many details that bring an event together – from initial planning and stakeholder communication, through to logistics and execution – all while meeting or exceeding client expectations throughout the process. This is a full-time, salaried position that reports to the Events Services Supervisor. The successful candidate will require reliable transportation between both clubs and may be required to work a variety of shifts on occasion including weekdays, evenings, weekends and holidays based on the nature of the business.
The successful applicant will be required to complete a background check as well as Respect in the Workplace certification prior to commencing employment.
