The role involves:

  • Coordinating the logistics for face-to-face conferences, business festivals, trade shows and awards nights
  • Liaising with key stakeholders - speakers, sponsors, delegates and vendors

  • Working within a small team of dedicated and hardworking staff around the world
  • Running events like HR Future Fest

You’re our ideal candidate if you:

  • Bring 2+ years of hands‑on event logistics experience
  • Are based in Toronto and love being at the heart of the action
  • Are ready to hit the road; ability to travel freely and regularly across Canada and the USA is required.
  • Can seamlessly coordinate corporate events while thriving under tight deadlines
  • Possess exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Radiate enthusiasm, positivity, energy and professionalism, and know how to build strong relationships with clients, delegates and vendors

Benefits of the role:

Be at the heart of flagship events like HR Future Fest in Toronto and IB Future Fest on Santa Monica Pier – high-energy, future-focused festivals that blend bold content with unforgettable live experiences.

You’ll also enjoy:

  • Great benefits: Health, dental, life insurance and EAP
  • Flexible hybrid work: Home + vibrant downtown Toronto office
  • Continuous learning: LinkedIn Learning access
  • Extra time off: Earn an extra vacation day for every year you’re with us
  • Volunteer day: One paid day per year to give back
  • Recognition & rewards: Quarterly awards, vouchers and travel incentives
