Job summary

Key Media in Toronto is seeking an experienced event coordinator to manage a portfolio of B2B events across North America, including conferences, trade shows, festivals and awards programs. The role is hybrid (2 days in downtown Toronto office, 3 days remote).

You will coordinate logistics, liaise with speakers, sponsors, delegates and vendors, and run on-site events in the US and Canada. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on event logistics experience.
• Based in Toronto and able to commute downtown.
• Willing to travel across Canada and the USA.
• Able to coordinate corporate events under tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

During peak periods and event weeks, you’ll bein the heart of the action,spending additional time in the office andon location at live events, where the energy and excitement are at their highest.

The role involves:
