Job summary

Key Media in Toronto is seeking an experienced event coordinator to manage a portfolio of B2B events across North America, including conferences, festivals, trade shows and awards nights. The role is hybrid with 2 days in our downtown office and 3 days working from home, requiring you to reside within easy commuting distance.

You will coordinate logistics, liaise with speakers, sponsors, delegates and vendors, and run on-site events in the US and Canada.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on event logistics experience.
• Based in Toronto.
• Willing to travel regularly across Canada and the USA.
• Able to coordinate corporate events under tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for conferences, festivals, trade shows and awards nights.
• Liaise with speakers, sponsors, delegates and vendors.
• Run on-site events in the US and Canada.
• Work within a small team of dedicated staff around the world.
• Coordinate flagship events like HR Future Fest in Toronto.
