Qualifications

• Must achieve Technical Level 3 Certification within 180 days.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in educational environment preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate audiovisual systems for events.
• Ensure customer satisfaction before, during, and after events.
• Communicate effectively with clients and staff.
