Qualifications

• Must read, write and speak English effectively.
• Valid Food Handler's certificate required.
• Combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble patient meal trays according to portion sizes.
• Distribute meal trays and replenish food and supplies.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and service areas.
• Comply with safe food-handling practices.
• Participate in Quality Assurance programs.
