Bunzl Canada Inc. in Victoria is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day warehouse operations, manage staff, and ensure safety and efficiency.

You will drive continuous improvement, perform cycle counts, support accurate order assembly and shipment preparation, and optimize vehicle cube usage.

The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience, WMS knowledge, OHSA compliance awareness, and the ability to lift up to 55 lbs.

Qualifications

• Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations.
• Mentor staff and ensure safety procedures.
• Monitor KPI goals and continuous improvements.

Responsabilités

• Ensure Bunzl Daily Best Practices and procedures are followed.
• Conduct cycle counts, activity walks, and empty-bin walks daily.
• Meet Bunzl Standard KPI Goals.
• Support accurate and timely order assembly and shipment preparation.
• Optimize cube utilization on delivery vehicles to reduce costs.
• Maintain a professional and collaborative working environment.
• Promote a safe workplace and ensure compliance with OHSA and company policies.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Monitor operational performance and assist staff in meeting productivity targets.
• Assist with receiving, picking, and general warehouse functions as needed.
