Job summary

Purolator in Guelph, ON is seeking a part-time PM Sorter to support freight sorting and delivery readiness. You will work 4:15pm–9:15pm for 15 hours weekly, with a pay rate of 22.35 CAD per hour, performing loading, unloading, and sorting tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Specialized education is not required.
• No experience necessary.

Responsibilities

• Unload freight from curbside trucks onto the conveyor and from conveyor into curbside trucks.
• Unload freight off conveyor or chute for load-out.
• Load freight into linehaul / cube truck or trailer
• Preload mail and packages into curbside delivery vehicles
• Manually transfer bulk or non-conveyable items
• Scan all shipped or received mail or packages to identify improperly sorted packaged mail or packages and mail marked for priority or weekend delivery.
