Qualifications

• At least one year of previous experience as a restaurant server, preferably within a hotel setting.
• Valid Serve Right certification is required.
• Availability to work evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and guest service skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tables for service and maintain a fully stocked dining area.
• Take and enter guest orders accurately into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests or concerns.
• Assist with opening, side work, and closing duties per SOPs.
