Sienna Senior Living, Spencer House in Orillia, ON, is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse to join our team in permanent full-time evening shifts. Reporting to the Director of Care, you will deliver nursing care per policy, support resident plans, and contribute to a welcoming, respectful home for our residents.

You must be in good standing with the Ontario College of Nurses, with geriatric or rehabilitation experience preferred.

Competenze

• Must be a Registered Practical Nurse in good standing with the Ontario College of Nurses.
• Experience in geriatrics, rehabilitation, or senior health is an asset.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada or have a valid work permit.
• Must pass Vulnerable Sector Check and/or Criminal Record Check.
• Sienna may utilize AI to screen applicants for this position.

Mansioni

• Provide nursing care in accordance with established policy, physician’s orders, and resident care plans.
• Deliver excellent nursing and personal care using sound nursing principles.
• Foster a welcoming environment through teamwork and effective communication with staff.
• Oversee resident care and communicate with residents and families; guide the staff.
• Supervise Personal Support Workers/Unregulated team members on the unit.
• Conduct admission, readmission, and status changes with ongoing resident assessment.
