Job summary

Fearisnotlove seeks a Team Leader to manage day-to-day operations for a program, ensuring high-quality services and compliance with Health and Safety Management System requirements at Wood’s Homes. You will supervise frontline staff, handle case management with families and communities, and implement staff training under the Program Manager’s guidance.

The role requires a degree or diploma in relevant fields, at least four years of experience with youth and families, and demonstrated leadership

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Social Sciences, Child and Youth Care, Child Studies, or Addictions.
• At least four years’ experience working with young people and families.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Milieu therapy knowledge.
• Strong critical thinking, clinical problem-solving, and writing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for the unit or program area.
• Recruit and supervise front line staff and monitor hours.
• Case management with families, referrals, and communities under supervision.
• Provide regular supervision, annual evaluations, and staff training programs.
• Ensure licensing requirements are displayed and maintained.
• Participate in meetings and case management reviews.
• Report workplace hazards and incidents to supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Program Manager.
