Job summary

Government of Nova Scotia seeks a Program Manager at Wood Street Campus to lead the program and the professional staff delivering diagnostic, assessment and treatment services for children with complex needs.

You will supervise staff, develop policies, ensure safety and staffing, and collaborate with Clinical Services to provide quality case management and programming in a demanding 24/7 environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and several years of progressive supervisory or managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program and human resource management at Wood Street Campus.
• Supervise staff and lead diagnostic, assessment and treatment services for children with complex needs.
• Develop and implement policies, safety, and staffing practices for 24/7 operations.
• Coordinate with Clinical Services to ensure effective service delivery and case management.
• Recruit, motivate, train, and schedule staff; ensure compliance with applicable acts and policies.
