Chudleigh's Bakery in Milton, Ontario is seeking a Junior Processing Operator to support efficient production line operations. You will set up and run processing lines, supervise small teams when needed, and ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, OHSA and BRC/GFSI standards while maintaining thorough documentation and lean practices to minimize waste and meet daily production targets.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years food manufacturing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and OHSA.
• Familiarity with GFSI systems (BRC preferred).
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong math skills for production calculations.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate materials and team members with Shift Leader to meet production start times.
• Support teamwork and alignment cross-functionally with Processing, QA, Maintenance, and Production teams.
• Follow company policies and safety standards.
• Set up and operate processing lines safely and efficiently.
• Demonstrate full knowledge of a sideline setup.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and elevate issues when required.
• Ensure compliance with BRC/GFSI standards, HACCP, GMP, and OHSA.
• Maintain accurate documentation and production records.
• Support training initiatives with temporary workers as required.
• Identify and resolve operational issues; support Lean initiatives.
