Job summary

The incumbent prepares program plans, expands offerings, and fosters community engagement, liaising with groups and the public.

Qualifications

• Two-year program completed from a recognized Community College.
• Sound related recent golf facility experience.
• Golf industry certification such as PGA of Canada and some college coursework.
• First Aid and CPR-C certificates are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation of golf course programs and evening shifts.
• Prepare and lead individual program plans and schedules.
• Recruit, train, supervise and evaluate part-time staff and instructors.
• Prepare and maintain records, reports, and promotional material.
• Enforce rules, safety procedures and behaviour standards with facility users.
