Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with individuals diagnosed with ASD or special needs.
• Valid certification in crisis intervention and First Aid and CPR Level C.
• Possession of a Vulnerable Sector Search and Criminal Background Check.

• Provide personalized support in community and home settings.
• Foster engagement in recreational activities.
• Implement harm reduction strategies during crises.
• Adhere to care plans and complete administrative duties.
