Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience with individuals diagnosed with ASD or mental health issues.
• Experience writing incident reports and daily logs.
• Certification in crisis intervention (CPI, UMAB) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one support to individuals with special needs.
• Support daily living activities like meal preparation and personal care.
• Utilize harm reduction practices for clients in crisis.
